Shipping Policy

Parcel Shipping Services

  1. The cut-off time for common parcel shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern. The cut-off time for LTL shipments is 1:00 PM Eastern.
  2. Priority (Next & 2nd Day) orders will be processed first
  3. Can ship items up to 150 lbs. (oversized items must be shipped via LTL/freight services)
  4. Can ship items up to 7 feet long (oversized items must be shipped via LTL/freight services)
  5. Fees charged for oversized items will be passed on to customer
  6. Shipping & handling fees are applicable

LTL / Freight Carrier Services

  1. The cut-off time for LTL/freight carrier shipping is 1:00 P.M.
  2. Items are sent freight collect unless other arrangements are made
  3. Marysville Marine offers any of the services offered by the freight carrier

Offered LTL / Freight Carriers

Shipping Exceptions

We ship via LTL/freight but could be shipped UPS or FedEx Parcel Service; if a customer elects to ship these items with parcel carrier, we take no responsibility for any damage.

  • Transmissions weighing less than 150 lbs.
  • Heat exchangers & closed cooling kits

Drop Shipments

  1. Drop shipments can only be made if customer has an open account or prepaid (credit card)
  2. The cut-off time for drop shipping from a supplier is 12:00 P.M.(Noon) Eastern.
  3. Drop shipments cannot be shipped outside the continental Unites States.
  4. All charges that may be incurred on LTL drop shipments due to incorrect address, incorrect phone numbers, person/s not there to accept shipment or any other reason where Marysville Marine bears no fault or responsibility will be sole responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

Marysville Marine offers free shipping to its customers. There are certain exceptions and qualifiers in order to receive free shipping for an order.

  • Order must total over $100.00.
  • Only accounts in good standing with MMD are eligible for free freight. Delinquent accounts are not eligible for any free freight offers.
  • Offer good only for UPS & FedEx Ground shipments. Some items cannot be shipped UPS or FedEx due to risk of damage.
  • Offer includes continental United States only.
  • Drop ships from MMD to a retail customer for a dealer do NOT qualify for free freight, and will incur a $5 fee.
  • Hazmat, oversized and out of stock items do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Vendor drop ship fees and fuel surcharges still apply on ALL orders.
  • Any order split between warehouses will still receive free freight if the order totals over $100.
