New Company

New accounts must use credit card for payment for six months from the time their account established. After six months, dealers are welcome to apply for open credit terms. In order to add a credit card to your account or for more information, please contact (877) 860-0967.

The undersigned hereby applies to Marysville Marine Distributors, Inc. for permission to purchase as a dealer. This signed application will serve as an authorization to check references listed within as well as authorize Marysville Marine, Inc. to periodically release account information to appropriate parties. If purchases from Marysville Marine, Inc. are made on an open account basis, the undersigned agrees to the following terms:

1. To pay for all purchases in full on or before the 10th of the month following purchase or as otherwise agreed.

2. To pay a service charge computed at the periodic rate of 1-1/2% per month on all unpaid balances.

3. To pay reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees if the account is in default.

4. To pay a $30.00 fee on any Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks issued to us.

5. Marysville Marine Distributors can, at any time, refuse to permit further purchases or may limit the amount of items purchased, or may require advance payment in the event outstanding purchases exceed the amount established by Marysville Marine for this account.

6. To allow Marysville Marine to vary open line of credit based upon payment history and policy.

7. A copy of the Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be provided by all Marysville Marine dealers. Failure to provide this certificate may result in taxes being assessed on your orders. You can provide a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on your My Account page.
